life is gonna knock you out way too many times, to remain down or to get up is a choice you get to make,,, back in the day when w'all use to recite 'em ABC...............Z there is an end to every ABC,,, do you still remember that? "smiles" then it hits me just now, that never in the history of education has there being a teacher, or lecturer who has saddled his students or pupil with the responsibility of writing from the digit 1 to numbers ! billion,, ask yourself why? here is my point, don't see life as simple as the ABC itself but rather have yourself think of it as your numbers that knows a end yet there exist infinity in it.
From my experience life has never for once given to us what our strength cannot take,, life will not give to us responsibility we cannot shoulder, fair or unfair, good or bad, better or worse,white or black, sweet or sour, i bet you you can handle it, reach for your inner strength, covet from those that has more than enough, collect from the ignorant, use the people around you, fight the good fight, put some passion into it, NO RETREAT NO SURRENDER, you can beat it.... Life i call it a bitch, even you've never met before, you are permitted to fuck her like you  missed her. don't need no friend to emotionally trust, when you do that you leave the door for you to hurt the most at your weakest moment opened, at one point or the other, those you love the most hurt you the most.....

Death is something most of us would rather not think about. It’s dark, mysterious, sad, final, lonely and cold. These may be some of the thoughts that come to mind when death is mentioned. In my experience as a doctor I have found that there is a lot that can be learnt about life from death. At no time has this struck me more than on one occasion when I was on call at a local hospital. I was called to see a patient. It was a man in his mid-forties lying in the acute bay, unconscious. From his clothes and general appearance one could see that he was relatively well-off financially. Apart from his shallow breathing there was no sign of life in him. He had a blank stare into the air and never blinked. I noticed there was no one by his bedside. Quickly looking through the notes by his bedside I learnt he was diabetic and had recently started taking medication for HIV.
